Treatment plans are personalized, and prescriptions can be sent to your local pharmacy, where insurance coverage may apply. We do not prescribe estrogen or testosterone pellets. Instead, we use safe and effective hormone therapy options selected to align with your goals, preferences, and medical history.

Yes. We work with multiple lab partners to ensure testing is convenient and available at a nearby location.

Our practice focuses exclusively on virtual midlife, perimenopause, and menopause care. We do not provide primary care, gynecology services, Pap smears, pelvic exams, or in-person physical exams. We encourage patients to maintain care with their primary care provider and gynecologist for routine screenings and in-office evaluations.

No. We do not contract with insurance companies. This allows us to provide longer visits and personalized treatment without insurance-related restrictions.

We currently provide virtual menopause and midlife care in CA FL IL KY MN NJ NY OH PA and VT. If you live outside these states we offer one hour educational consultations to review symptoms and create a care plan you can take to a local provider. Educational visits do not include prescribing medications.
