Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your appointment at least 3 days before the scheduled appointment to receive a 50% refund of your consultation fee.The other 50% can be used for credit towards a future appointment for up to one year for the same individual.

Reschedule policy:

If the appointment is rescheduled more than 3 days of the appointment, there is no cost.

Late Cancellations (within 3 days of the appointment) will not be refunded.
